Lobelia Blue Mrs. Clibran Lobelia Erinus is a herbaceous perennial plant native to southern Africa. Lobelia Blue Mrs. Clibran seeds can be started indoors 10 - 12 weeks before the last frost or planted directly outdoors in spring. In most climate zones, Lobelia Erinus is grown as an annual plant.
