Sedum Ulleungdo Island Stonecrop Sedum Takesimense is a succulent, perennial plant native to Ulleungdo Island, off the coast of Korea. Sedum Ulleungdo Island Stonecrop seeds can be planted indoors or directly outdoors. Also known as Takeshima Stonecrop and Korean Stonecrop, this unique and rare Sedum variety forms thick carpet of evergreen rosettes with arching, lax stems and scalloped green leaves. In midsummer, the terminal branches are adorned with flower clusters of star-shaped, yellow with reddish-yellow anthers flowers.

Sedum Summer Snow Stonecrop is perfect for planting as a groundcover, as an ornamental foliage plant, for rock gardens, stone walls, borders, patio containers and pots, and green roofs. Sedum Takesimense seeds have to be just scattered on the soil surface and pressed very lightly into the soil. Korean Stonecrop prefers full sun and dry to medium well-drained soils, and the plant is drought and heat tolerant once established.
