Chilean Glory Vine Mix Eccremocarpus Scaber is a tender perennial vine native to Chile. Chilean Glory Vine seeds have to be just slightly pressed into the soil and not covered, because these seeds need light to germinate. Eccremocarpus Scaber is considered to be a perennial plant in USDA Zones 8-11, but in most regions it is grown as an annual.
