Primrose English Accord Yellow Primula Vulgaris is a hardy perennial native to western and southern Europe. Primrose English Accord Yellow seeds can be started indoors or directly outdoors, and also commonly called Common Primrose and Primula Acaulis, this popular clumping flowering perennial produces dense clusters of delicate, bright yellow flowers on a top of compact rosettes of leathery leaves.
