Aster Gremlin Double Dark Rose Callistephus Chinensis is a tall, flowering annual plant. This variety of China Aster is also called Tiger Paw Aster for its flowers with curved petals that look like a tiger's paw. Aster Gremlin is easy to start from seeds, and once established, this China Aster features medium-green foliage with oval-shaped leaves and produces large, double, dark-rose flowers. The fragrant flowers begin to appear in summer, and Aster Gremlin blooms non-stop until first frost attracting butterflies and bees.
Aster Gremlin Dark Rose is a fantastic flower for cutting gardens, borders, flower beds, containers, and mass plantings. Callistephus Chinensis grows best in full or partial shade and thrives in rich, moist, but well drained soil resisting drought and heat. Tiger Paw Aster makes an excellent cut flower with a long vase life.
